Rudraksha Bracelet is made with natural Rudraksha fruit. “Rudra” is one of Lord Shiva’s vedic names and “Aksa” means teardrop. According to Hindu Mythology it is believed that Lord Shiva used to go in deep meditation under the tree of Rudraksha, that's why it is also known as Gauri Sanker Rudraksha and Shiva yoga mala.
Rudraksh tree starts bearing fruit at the end of Oct-Nov month. When the fruit dries on the tree, it breaks on its own and falls on the earth. A kind of peel is mounted on it. After removing the peel, this fruit comes out in form of Rudraksha which is considered as a kernel.
You can wear the beads while having bath. We advise though to remove the bead while applying soap on the body during bath so that the soapy foam doesn't get stuck in the grooves and Mukhis of the bead which will be very difficult to clean.
The Rudraksha bead size is 8mm approx. Total number of beads 23.
